The purpose of SiteQ is to evaluate how users or visitors perceive a web-site and its services. SiteQ provides answers on what is good and bad with the site and what can be done to improve it. SiteQ will also provide information on the users' overall impression and what factors that influence this.

SiteQ is always tailor-made for each site. Most studies include factors like download times, design and detailed questions about the products or services offered on the site. In addition, the studies always include overall impression, willingness to use or visit the site again and willingness to recommend the site to othter people.

The SiteQ studies are carried out by taking a random sample among the visitors to a site or by sending e-mail to a random sample of registered users. The data collection is run on CQ's servers, which means that there will be no extra traffic on the site under study.

Presentation of results is done according to the clien't needs. Results can, for example, be made available on a password protected web-site or presented on slides at a formal presentation.
